ADS Data Recovery
Procedures & Policy's:
1. Fill out an evaluation form, and submit form
though Internet (evaluation
form) or include a copy in the package that's
being sent to us.
2. Enclosed the hard drive or other storage media
in a box and ship-out using a major carrier; FedEx,
UPS, DHL,
Airborne,
etc. (keep the Air bill Slip, it has the tracking
number.) (Click

3. Upon receipt of your package, we'll give you
a call and give you a JOB #.
4. You'll then receive a FREE* evaluation, usually,
within 1 - 8 hours of receipt of package.
(The evaluation will let you know the following;
recoverability of data, cost, time-frame, parts*
(if needed) how much data is recoverable, and
quality of data.)
5. After evaluation is completed, and you decide
to declined or your media is unrecoverable, you'll
pay for NOTHING, except shipping coming and going
& parts* if needed.
6. If (after evaluation is completed) you decide
to accept the quoted price, we'll put everything
on paper (to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion)
and hopefully within 1 - 2 days (or sooner) we'll
have your data recovered. (We do offer a "NO-DATA-NO-CHARGE"
policy, if your data is unrecoverable, you'll
pay for NOTHING, except for shipping coming and
going & parts* if needed.)
7. After your data has been recovered, we'll go
over the recovered data with you, (before sending
it back to you, plus, if possible, we'll also
send you a directory list) that way you'll know
exactly what your getting back, no surprises!
8. At this point, if your satisfied that we have
recovered your data, then that's when we get paid.
9. Once payment has been made, we'll ship* the
recovered data back to you, on your choice of
media*.
(We'll keep a copy of your data on our server
for a period of two weeks, at no cost* to you.
*Free evaluations
are given only during normal working hours, 8
a.m..- 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. (Expedited services
are available.)
*Cost of parts (if needed) must be paid up-front
and is not refundable.
*Customer is responsible for shipping coming and
going.
*Customer is responsible for cost of new media.
*There is no charge for storing the recovered
data, but if the recovered data is needed then
there is a min $95 charge for transferring.
This computer
was in a 4 alarm fire that destroyed a 50 year
old family owned, saw mill lumber yard company.
Everything burnt to the ground including all back-up
tapes. ADS was able to get a full recovery and
the company was able to avoid closing down and
laying off many, life time employees.
